TOPP (Toe Oximetry Pressure Platform) is an automated, Bluetooth-enabled toe cuff and pulse oximetry home-monitoring system paired with a smartphone app that measures toe systolic pressure and oxygen saturation to accurately detect and longitudinally track peripheral artery disease risk in diabetic patients, enabling early intervention.
